Management of multi-million-pound construction sites with buildings up to 14 storeys high.
Specialist Units: Extra care units, specialist medical units, sports facilities, and
universities/colleges.
Multiple years managing a home improvement business providing extensions, conservatories, and double glazing.
Experience closing out planning condition building control requirements and standard.
Bid and commercial management and construction projects and final account negotiations.
Management, Health & Safety and trade qualifications.
