Quality Inspections (Snagging)

- Flexible site visits.
- Written report with photos and defect List provided.
- Recommendation of what and who caused the defect.
- Recommendation of that is required to rectify the defect.
Once the builder is approaching completion of the project/property, our friendly inspector will discuss your main concerns and priorities ahead of the visit. We will inspect all available items and where possible make recommendations as to how the issue or defect can be rectified.
The reports provided include photos and written descriptions in an easy-to-understand format. We can then revisit once the builder says all defects have been completed to check all works are complete to a satisfactory standard.
We can also support you if you see something you are unhappy with, using industry standards confirm if the issue is correct and provide guidance on what is required to rectify the fault.
